Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Operations Analyst to join our team. This role is perfect for a recent college graduate who is eager to learn and grow in the wealth management industry. As an Operations Associate, you will gain valuable hands‑on experience while supporting various operational functions within the firm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients to address inquiries and provide exceptional service
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of client requests
  • Reporting:
    • Assist in generating and analyzing client reports to support decision‑making
    • Contribute ideas for enhancing reporting processes and formats
  • Data Entry:
    • Maintain accurate client records and databases
    • Learn to navigate and utilize industry‑leading software platforms effectively
  • Capital Calls:
    • Support the processing of capital calls and distributions under guidance
    • Gain exposure to investment management processes and procedures
  • Filling out Sub Docs:
    • Learn to complete necessary documentation accurately and efficiently
    • Develop organizational skills and attention to detail through document management
  • Assist in billing procedures and invoice processing
  • Gain exposure to financial transactions and billing systems
  • Request Management (Wealthscape/Addepar):
    • Gain hands‑on experience with industry‑specific software platforms
    • Contribute to the efficient management of client requests and tasks
  • Account Opening Onboarding Maintenance:
    • Support the onboarding process for new clients with guidance from senior team members
    • Learn regulatory requirements and compliance procedures related to account opening
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel)
  • Enthusiasm for the financial services industry and eagerness to contribute to a dynamic team environment
