Riverview Capital Advisers is seeking an operations associate to support the wealth management team. This is an opportunity for someone to join a growing firm and continue to develop the skills to grow a career with exposure to investment management, estate planning, tax planning, retirement planning, and all aspects of managing wealth for affluent families.

• Prepare recurring reporting including asset allocations and performance reports
• Assist in analysis of estate planning, tax planning, insurance needs, cash flow projection
• Collect, organize, and manage personal and financial client information
• Develop financial projections, balance sheets, income statements
• Create complex Excel spreadsheets and projections
• Process client paperwork, check or wire requests
• Research developments in the wealth management industry and potential client impacts

• 1+ years of experience in a role within the financial services industry preferred; RIA, wealth management, family office or comparable.
• Advanced Excel and financial and analytical skills
• High attention to detail and organizational ability
• Excellent communication and follow-through
• Self-starter, problem solver and goal oriented
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver on a timely basis
• Able to work independently
• Understanding of equity and fixed income markets
