Supports our entire team of financial advisors with basic tasks related to investment management and financial planning.

• Conduct research on financial planning topics and present findings to planning staff.
• Assist with client service activities, such as onboarding new clients, resolving service requests, gathering and compiling data for client meetings, maintaining client files and handling day-to-day client requests.
• Research mutual funds and other investment vehicles.
• Assist with preparing client periodic investment performance reports.
• Participate in client meetings with the firm’s financial advisors to take notes, record and assign action items, and to assist advisors with presenting retirement analysis using financial planning software.

• Be able to work on location in Bedford, Stratham or Nashua, NH.
• Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Capable and comfortable learning new technologies.
• Must always demonstrate a positive and professional image.
• A team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

• Interested students may be given the opportunity to take Series 65 exam preparation course and sit for the exam during the internship period.
