Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and strategic planning efforts. In this pivotal role, you will oversee financial reporting, compliance, risk management, and budgeting processes to ensure the company’s financial health and growth. Duties

• Manage and oversee all aspects of financial reporting, including preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial projection model development to support strategic planning initiatives.
• Conduct risk analysis and implement risk management strategies to safeguard company assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Supervise treasury management activities such as cash flow analysis, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliation.
• Oversee industry-specific accounting practices including ASC 606 revenue recognition standards and non-profit accounting where applicable.
• Analyze financial data using advanced data analytics tools to identify trends, cost control opportunities, and profit optimization strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial report writing, interpretation, and presentation for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in accounting and finance roles with a minimum of several years in a managerial capacity within the financial services or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of IAS (International Accounting Standards), IFRS, GAAP, and industry-specific regulations such as ASC 606.
• Expertise in corporate accounting, governmental accounting, risk analysis, regulatory reporting, and treasury management.
• Demonstrated ability to develop financial models, perform cost accounting, profit & loss analysis, and balance sheet reconciliation.
• Proficiency with financial software systems, Excel data analysis tools, and other data analytics platforms.
• Excellent leadership skills with experience managing finance teams and driving strategic initiatives.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, investment management principles, budgeting processes, and fiscal management practices.
• Exceptional analytical skills combined with clear communication for effective financial report interpretation and decision-making support.
