424 Capital, a Greater Boston based private equity firm, is seeking qualified undergrad interns with an interest in pursuing a career as an Analyst in the venture capital or private equity industries.

424 Capital is seeking qualified undergraduate intern candidates majoring in Finance, Economics, Entrepreneurship or a related field. This will be a forty-hour per week paid summer internship. 424 Capital is located in Wakefield, MA and reliable transportation is required to commute to our office at least four days per week.
Successful interns will possess the following skills and characteristics:- Strong verbal and written communication
- Self-starter who can take initiative in an entrepreneurial environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A robust understanding of core accounting and financial analysis principles
- An interest in networking and developing sales skills
- Conducting industry research and developing new investment theses alongside the investment team
- Building and maintaining company lists of prospective acquisition targets
- Facilitating email and phone outreach to prospective acquisition targets
- Analyzing investment targets to assess strategic fit and valuation
- Supporting the investment team throughout the acquisition due diligence process
- Completing additional ad hoc projects as needed
