We are seeking an experienced Therapy Clinical Director to lead and grow our clinical teams across multiple U.S. locations. This role is ideal for a licensed clinician who enjoys a balance of direct client care and clinical leadership.
Role Overview- 70% Clinical | 30% Administrative
- Provide direct therapy services while maintaining clinical excellence
- Recruit, onboard, and supervise up to 10 associate/pre-licensed clinicians
- Provide clinical supervision in accordance with state licensure requirements
- Ensure compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards
- Collaborate with leadership to support program growth and quality of care
- Active, unrestricted clinical license (state-specific)
- Must be eligible to supervise associates in the state where services are provided
- Prior experience supervising or mentoring clinicians preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in an in-person or hybrid environment
