Pay: $21.00 – $22.00 per hour

Schedule: Full time positions in clinic Monday–Friday, 7:30am–3:30pm (year-round, no seasonal/summer-only positions)

About Us: At Autism Services of Minnesota (ASOM), we provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children ages 2–9 and their families. Our approach combines clinical excellence, individualized treatment, and a supportive team culture. • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy sessions (30 min – 1.5 hours each, never more than one client at a time)
• Work hands‑on with children in a structured clinic environment
• Collect data and track client progress electronically
• Support children in learning new skills and generalizing them into real‑world settings
• Collaborate with a professional, data‑driven team committed to each child’s growth

• Minimum of 4,000 hours supervised experience working with children with autism or related conditions (under age 21)
• Currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor's program in psychology or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field
• Enrolled in or completed a Master’s program in psychology or related field
