As a Guest Relations & Operations Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the daily operations of our store. You will serve as one of the first points of contact for our guests, ensuring every interaction reflects the warmth and hospitality that Mila’s Kitchen Hawaii is known for.
Responsibilities- Welcome and assist guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Educate guests about our menu offerings, Hawaiian‑inspired desserts, catering services, and classes.
- Process customer orders accurately using the point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
- Answer customer inquiries in person, by phone, and through email.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the front‑of‑house area.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Support catering and special event operations as needed.
- Restock products and maintain merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with team members to provide an outstanding guest experience.
- Assist with operational projects and other duties assigned by management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer‑focused personality.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Dependable, professional, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
- Weekend availability is highly preferred.
