About The Role:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Entry Level Recruiter to join our growing team in Fontana, CA. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys high-volume communication and connections. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in English and Chinese and comfortable managing multiple candidates and priorities simultaneously.

  • Source candidates for multiple open positions across the nation
  • Conduct phone screenings and schedule interviews
  • Manage and maintain an accurate and active talent pipeline in ATS
  • Communicate effectively with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
  • Post job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Assist with onboarding coordination as needed
  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required
  • Prior recruiting experience is a plus, but not required
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required due to business needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
