Job Summary:

The HR Co-Op will support key Human Resources projects that strengthen data accuracy, role clarity, and organizational structure across RH Aero. This role will focus heavily on HRIS audits, job description reviews, and job leveling efforts across departments, providing hands‑on experience in foundational HR operations and workforce design.

This is a highly analytical, detail‑oriented role ideal for students interested in HR Operations, HR Analytics, Compensation, or Organizational Development
. The HR Co‑Op will partner closely with HR and department leaders to ensure roles are clearly defined, aligned, and consistently documented.

Key Responsibilities HRIS & Data Audit Support
  • Assist with auditing HRIS data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
  • Identify discrepancies in job titles, job codes, reporting relationships, and employee data
  • Support documentation and tracking of audit findings and recommended updates
Job Description Audits
  • Review existing job descriptions for clarity, consistency, and alignment to actual job duties
  • Partner with HR and department leaders to validate roles, responsibilities, and scope
  • Assist with updating and standardizing job descriptions across departments
  • Ensure job descriptions reflect current organizational structure and business needs
Job Leveling & Role Alignment
  • Support HR‑led job leveling initiatives across departments
  • Assist in comparing roles to identify overlaps, gaps, and inconsistencies
  • Help organize job families, levels, and career paths where applicable
  • Document findings and support materials for leadership review
HR Project & Administrative Support
  • Assist with HR documentation, reports, and presentations
  • Participate in HR project meetings and working sessions
  • Support additional HR initiatives as assigned (early talent, process improvement, compliance support)
LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES:
  • Exposure to HRIS systems and HR data management
  • Experience with job architecture, role clarity, and workforce planning
  • Collaboration with cross‑functional leaders (Engineering, Finance, IT, Sales, Operations, etc.)
  • Hands‑on experience supporting enterprise‑level HR initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS and

EXPERIENCE:

Required:
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or related field
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
Preferred:
  • Interest in HR Operations, Compensation, HRIS, or Organizational Design
  • Experience with data analysis, audits, or documentation projects
  • Coursework in HR analytics, compensation, or employment law
