About the Company
Our client is a global manufacturer specializing in power distribution equipment and industrial automation solutions. As demand for data centers and power infrastructure continues to grow across North America, the company is expanding its U.S. manufacturing operations and is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support its manufacturing facility in Enoch, Utah
.

Up to USD $75,000 annually
(Compensation will be determined based on experience.)
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions and candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through Linked In, job boards, employee referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Coordinate interview schedules and candidate communications.
- Collect interview feedback and support hiring decisions.
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare offer letters, coordinate compensation recommendations, and assist with offer negotiations.
- Track recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, pipeline activity, and hiring effectiveness.
HR Operations
- Support daily HR operations for the manufacturing facility.
- Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding.
- Administer HR documentation, including offer letters, promotions, and compensation changes.
- Manage employee benefits, including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), disability benefits, FMLA, and PTO.
- Serve as the primary HR contact for payroll and benefits inquiries.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Support employee relations and assist managers with policy interpretation.
- Partner with leadership on talent development and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Maintain HR systems, performance management processes, and compensation programs.
- Prepare HR reports and support HRIS and talent management initiatives.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-7 years of HR experience.
- Knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred
- Experience with HRIS or ERP systems (such as ADP or Oracle).
- Korean language proficiency is highly preferred.
