Tenex is hiring five sharp, curious interns to spend the summer at the intersection of AI and talent. You’ll own a genuine sourcing mandate and experiment with unconventional methods to reach candidates other recruiters miss.
You’ll learn to use AI tools to research and evaluate candidates at scale, building creative strategies and surfacing hidden talent. Mentorship and a portfolio of results are part of the experience.
