$60,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonus
Lumicity is looking for an experienced recruitment professional to join our Learning & Development team and support the performance and progression of our recruitment consultants.
This role would suit a successful recruiter who enjoys mentoring colleagues, supporting new hires, and sharing best practices.
Formal L&D experience is not required, but previous recruitment or staffing experience is essential.
- Deliver onboarding and development sessions
- Coach recruiters on business development, candidate management, negotiation, and deal execution
- Provide one-to-one and group coaching
- Identify performance gaps and create targeted development plans
- Partner with managers to improve performance and progression
- Develop learning resources and best-practice materials
- At least 1 year of experience in full-cycle recruiting or staffing
- A successful track record in a recruitment sales environment
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Confidence sharing knowledge and providing constructive feedback
- A genuine interest in developing a career in L&D
Experience mentoring, onboarding, or supporting junior recruiters is helpful, but not required.
