Job Summary

ADM is seeking a proactive and motivated Human Resources Intern to join our team in Clinton, IA. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in HR operations (manufacturing) while supporting the North American Operations (Manufacturing) team. This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable in a dynamic, plant‑based environment and eager to develop as an HR generalist.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day‑to‑day HR operations, including hiring, onboarding, training, payroll, and compliance with labor laws
  • Support employee assessments and maintain updated welcome and onboarding documentation
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to wages, benefits, time tracking, and company policies
  • Maintain and organize HR files to ensure accurate and up‑to‑date records
