We’re looking for someone to build with us.

JUS B CAUSE is launching a new kind of marketing company focused on brands that create real-world impact.

Our first launch:
Rainbow Smile — an emerging oral wellness brand rethinking how people understand mouth health.

This is a founding-level internship where you’ll work directly with the team to help grow a brand from early stage to real traction.

You’ll contribute directly to growth, content, and experimentation.

• Help grow a brand from 0 → 10K+ audience
• Create and test content (Tik Tok, IG, short-form video)
• Contribute ideas for campaigns (including #Baby Breath Reset )
• Improve website performance (UX, messaging, conversion)
• Research trends, creators, and growth opportunities
• Use tools like ChatGPT, Canva, Cap Cut, Notion
• Test ideas quickly and iterate based on results

You won’t be observing.
You’ll be contributing to what works (and what doesn’t).

• You’ve created content, built something, or experimented online
• You understand Tik Tok / IG beyond just scrolling
• You’re comfortable learning tools quickly
• You’re reliable and communicate clearly
• You want real experience, not busywork
• You’re curious about health, wellness, or systems thinking
• You’ve worked on a personal project, page, or brand

• Paid internship ($350/month + performance-based bonus opportunities)
• Real portfolio work (live brand, not simulations)
• Direct experience working on a launch-stage company
• Creative ownership and input
• Mentorship and exposure to growth strategy
• Potential path to extended role if it’s a strong fit

This is designed for someone who wants to learn by doing and build something meaningful.

We believe oral health is foundational to overall health, and access to it should be more widely available.

Rainbow Smile is an oral wellness brand focused on supporting the oral microbiome — the ecosystem that influences breath, teeth, gums, and overall health.

Instead of focusing on harsh disruption, the approach is centered on supporting balance and function.

The goal is to rethink how people engage with oral care in a more modern, biology-aware way.

Rainbow Smile is partnered with non-profit, Springboard Connectivity, by sending free product to places most in need of oral care.

We’re building a company that helps purpose-driven brands grow.

Instead of working with outside agencies, we’re building our own — and making our first brand the case study.
