We’re looking for an AI Engineer who can build practical AI systems that scale in production and create real business impact.

What You’ll Work On- Design and build AI-powered features for our SaaS platform
- Develop and deploy machine learning and LLM-based systems
- Build workflows using prompting, embeddings, retrieval pipelines (RAG), and AI agents
- Work with unstructured data such as resumes, job descriptions, and recruiter interactions
- Integrate AI APIs and models into backend services and product workflows
- Optimize AI systems for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency
- Monitor AI outputs and continuously improve quality using real-world feedback
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to ship AI-driven experiences
- Use AI tools to accelerate development, testing, and experimentation
- 0-2 years of experience building AI/ML systems or AI-powered applications
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Experience with frameworks like PyTorch, Tensor Flow, or scikit-learn
- Familiarity with LLMs, embeddings, transformers, and modern AI workflows
- Experience integrating AI APIs into production systems
- Understanding of vector databases, RAG pipelines, or AI agents
- Experience deploying systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience with Lang Chain, Llama Index, or similar frameworks
- Familiarity with MLOps or model monitoring workflows
- Exposure to fine-tuning or inference optimization
- Experience in SaaS or product-based companies
- Understanding of responsible AI and evaluation methods
