Internship Exploring General Business & Beyond

EduOnAI is an AI-powered education platform focused on transforming high-quality knowledge and source materials into structured, interactive, and multimodal learning experiences. The platform is developing an intelligent course-generation engine that can organize reference materials, generate course outlines and lesson content, create quizzes and learning activities, and produce multimedia assets such as audio, slides, and digital human videos.

Our goal is to build a flexible education technology platform that supports different learning scenarios, including online courses, professional training, educational content development, and knowledge-based learning tools. Interns will have the opportunity to contribute to real product development projects involving generative AI, software engineering, knowledge organization, and multimedia applications.

Training Focus

This internship provides exposure to AI product management, user research, product planning, workflow design, and requirement documentation in an education technology environment.

Training Activities and Learning Opportunities
  • Learn how an AI education product is planned, designed, tested, and improved.
  • Assist with researching user needs, learning scenarios, and product use cases.
  • Practice designing product workflows for course generation, lesson editing, file upload, media generation, and user onboarding.
  • Help organize product ideas into structured requirement documents, user stories, and feature summaries.
  • Participate in supervised product discussions with design, engineering, content, and operations teams.
  • Learn how to evaluate product priorities based on user value, technical feasibility, and business goals.
  • Assist with preparing product roadmaps, feature comparison notes, and internal product documentation.
  • Review user feedback and help translate it into product improvement suggestions.
Qualifications
  • Strong communication, logical thinking, and organizational skills.
  • Interest in AI products, education technology, and product design.
  • Able to clearly summarize user needs and product requirements.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
  • Familiarity with Notion, Google Docs, spreadsheets, Figma, or product management tools is a plus.
  • Experience with product planning, user research, project coordination, or startup projects is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of software development, AI tools, or online education platforms is a plus.
