Role Requirements
  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree with a graduation date of May/June 2028
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint); familiarity with data or statistical tools is often an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw practical conclusions.
  • Effectively communicates (written/verbal) information to both internal and external customers to ensure our standards of excellence are maintained
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Curiosity about the insurance industry and willingness to learn through structured training and on‑the‑job experience
  • Proactive mindset, teamwork, and the ability to build relationships across different business areas.
  • Integrity, professionalism, and a client‑focused approach.
  • Exhibits strong technical skills through strategic, thorough account reviews and file documentation
