Administrative Program Manager
The Administrative Program Manager oversees the administrative and operational functions of the Housing Services Center, providing essential coordination to ensure smooth and effective program operations. Responsibilities include ensuring program compliance, managing intake and enrollment processes, maintaining accurate data and program statistics, tracking and ordering program‑related materials and supplies, monitoring expenses, supporting clear communication with participants, staff, and stakeholders, and interpreting and upholding policies and procedures of Catholic Charities, the funding source, and the program.
Full‑Time Position – 35 hours per week. Compensation: $62,400.00 per year.
Education and Experience- Four‑year bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience.
- Experience working in housing or with vulnerable populations, with knowledge of social service resource systems for veterans and people with disabilities experiencing homelessness or at risk of losing housing – strongly preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of a technical field may be required.
- Valid New York State driver’s license.
- State Central Register clearance.
- Creative problem solving.

- Organization and proficiency in budgeting and money management.
- Accuracy in data collection, entry, and quality control using web‑based databases.
- Strong oral and written communication and active listening skills.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and other office technology tools.
- Mobility sufficient to drive to and participate in meetings at client homes and/or community facilities that may not meet federal accessibility standards for disabled individuals.
