Position Overview
We are seeking a House Manager for our Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) program. The House Manager will work with the clinical direction of the Team Leader to oversee operations of assigned Supported Group Living Environments (GLE), ensuring safe environments that facilitate effective rehabilitation and clinical services in coordination with members of the Primary Team. The House Manager is responsible for supervision of GLE support staff, coordination of schedules and household maintenance.
Schedule- 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday with flexible shifts.
- Oversee operations of the assigned Supported Group Living Environment (GLE).
- Ensure safe environments that facilitate effective rehabilitation and clinical services in coordination with the Primary Team.
- Supervise GLE support staff.
- Coordinate staff schedules and household maintenance.
- High School Diploma and three years related experience required;
Bachelor’s Degree preferred. - Supervisory experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Must be able to work over 40 hours per week as necessary.
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation; willing to provide transportation to persons served as needed.
