General Function- Perform a variety of duties related to lens manufacturing.
- As a member of a high performance team, you will be responsible for a variety of jobs. As the team progresses, you, along with your team members will be a key decision maker in the operation of your part of the business.
- Assist in the production of ophthalmic lenses, which includes degating, inspection, inking, and packaging.
- Job experience will be considered in place of a high school diploma or GED.
- The ability to pass an eye exam.
- Manual dexterity.
- A mix of standing and sitting is required.
- Some lifting up to 20 lbs. required.
- Anyone 18 years or older may apply.
- Ability to work in a controlled room environment.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication skills.
- Positive can-do attitude.
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Manufacturing experience is a plus.
