We’re looking for an experienced Kickstarter marketing expert to lead pre-launch growth and live campaign promotion for an upcoming Kickstarter project.

This is a results-driven role focused on building momentum before launch and driving consistent backer growth throughout a 2-month live campaign
.

• Build and execute a high-impact pre-launch strategy
• Grow an email waitlist and early backer community
• Optimize campaign positioning, messaging, and rewards
• Launch and manage paid ads (Meta, Google, etc.)
• Coordinate influencers, affiliates, and cross-promotions
• Drive mid-campaign boosts and final-week urgency
• Track performance and optimize daily

• Proven Kickstarter campaign experience (must have real results)
• Deep understanding of Kickstarter backer psychology
• Data-driven, proactive, and conversion-focused
• Live campaign: 2 months
