About the Role

Niural is seeking a highly organized, execution-oriented Marketing Project Coordinator to support marketing operations, events, and brand execution. This is a part-time, in-person role based in New York City, ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, thrives in fast-moving environments, and excels at keeping projects, logistics, and timelines on track.

This role is execution-focused — you’ll support campaigns, events, inventory, reporting, and act as backup support for social media publishing to ensure continuity across time zones.

Responsibilities Marketing Project & Operations Support
  • Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across internal teams
  • Maintain organized project trackers, folders, and documentation
  • Perform light QA on marketing assets to ensure accuracy and readiness
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts for marketing materials, swag, signage, and gift boxes
  • Update and manage inventory tracking systems
  • Pack, stage, and distribute swag and gift boxes for events and campaigns
  • Flag low inventory levels and reorder need proactively
  • Ability to safely lift and carry items up to 15 lbs. as part of regular responsibilities
Event Logistics (End-to-End Support)
  • Support event execution from preparation through breakdown
  • Assist with materials prep, shipping coordination, and onsite setup
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams as needed
  • Reset inventory and materials post-event
Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Track RSVPs, attendance, and capacity for events
  • Log meetings and outcomes tied to marketing and event efforts
  • Maintain basic dashboards and performance trackers to support reporting
Social Media Backup & Publishing Support
  • Publish and schedule pre-approved social media content (primarily Linked In) during U.S. business hours
  • Provide backup coverage when the primary content creator is unavailable due to time zone differences
  • Post event reminders, day‑of updates, and recap content when copy is pre‑written
  • Monitor comments and messages and flag anything requiring escalation

This role does not own content strategy, voice, or original content creation — execution only.

Ad‑Hoc Marketing & Operations Support
  • Assist with last‑minute requests, errands, prep work, and operational needs as they arise
About You

You’ll be successful in this role if you:

  • Are highly organized, detail‑oriented, and execution‑focused
  • Enjoy hands‑on work and operational problem‑solving
  • Can manage multiple small tasks without dropping details
  • Are proactive, reliable, and comfortable flagging issues early
  • Communicate clearly and collaborate well with cross‑functional teams
  • Thrive in a fast‑paced startup environment
Requirements
  • Prior experience in marketing coordination, events, operations, or a related role is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • Comfortable with physical tasks, including inventory counts, packing, and lifting up to 15 lbs
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and spreadsheets
  • Ability to work part-time (15–20 hours/week) with an in‑person presence in NYC
  • Comfort publishing pre‑approved content on social platforms
What We Offer
  • Hands‑on experience supporting high‑impact marketing and event initiatives
  • Exposure to startup marketing operations and live event execution
  • A collaborative, fast‑moving team environment
