Equity Union Real Estate is seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused summer intern to assist with front desk & junior marketing support.
This role provides hands‑on experience in real estate operations, client relations, marketing, and office administration while offering valuable exposure to the inner workings of a fast‑paced brokerage environment.
The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn. Experience with Adobe InDesign, customer service, and marketing design is highly preferred.
Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Office Support
- Serve as the first point of contact for agents, clients, and visitors.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails professionally.
- Welcome guests and maintain a positive office environment.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and office supplies.
- Support administrative projects as assigned.
- Assist with event preparation and office meetings.
- Create and update basic marketing materials using Adobe InDesign.
- Ensure all materials adhere to company brand standards.
- Coordinate printing orders and vendor communications.
- Support marketing campaigns and special projects.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to agents and clients.
- Assist agents with basic marketing requests and office resources.
- Help maintain a professional and welcoming brokerage experience.
- Build positive relationships with team members across multiple departments.
- Current college student seeking experience in real estate, marketing, business, communications, or related field.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or social media platforms.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and people‑relations abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and willingness to learn.
- Hands‑on experience in real estate operations and brokerage management.
- Exposure to marketing, branding, and client service strategies.
- Mentorship from experienced real estate and business professionals.
- Portfolio‑building opportunities through real‑world design projects.
