Greenstone Partners is seeking a Marketing & Analytics Intern to support the firm’s growing marketing platform. This role is ideal for someone interested in marketing strategy, data analytics, operations, and commercial real estate who enjoys organization, problem solving, and translating data into actionable insights.
This internship provides hands‑on exposure to marketing operations, campaign performance, brand management, and the systems that support a high‑performing commercial real estate brokerage platform. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail‑oriented, and eager to gain real‑world experience in both marketing and business operations.
Internship Projects- Throughout the internship, candidates may have the opportunity to work on projects such as:
- Developing and managing audience growth and email marketing workflows using tools such as Clay, web scraping platforms, and automation software while analyzing audience segments to improve targeting, messaging, and campaign performance.
- Tracking and analyzing social media performance across Linked In, Instagram, and third‑party analytics platforms, conducting A/B testing on campaign messaging and creative formats, and recommending optimizations based on engagement and conversion data.
- Building dashboards and data visualizations from transaction activity and market intelligence, identifying trends across brokers, property types, seasonality, and deal size, and helping define key leading and lagging performance indicators.
- Conducting marketing, brand, and competitive strategy research by evaluating market positioning, benchmarking competitors, developing market maps, and analyzing brand perception to help inform Greenstone’s growth strategy, resource allocation, service offerings, and talent acquisition efforts.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Analytics, or a related field
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, reporting tools, and marketing systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI and Tableau
- Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Interest in marketing, branding, analytics and commercial real estate
- Experience with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, data visualization tools, or marketing analytics is a plus
- Hourly pay: $20.00 per hour
- Part‑time internship with flexible scheduling based on academic commitments and business needs
- Opportunity to gain hands‑on experience while working on active commercial real estate marketing initiatives
- Hands‑on experience applying marketing analytics, reporting, and campaign performance tracking within commercial sales context
- Experience working with marketing technology, CRM systems, and business processes
- Portfolio‑building projects and practical analytical experience
