PredictEX is building the first institutional-grade leveraged derivatives exchange for sports and prediction markets. Founded by an early BitMEX and Cadenza team, we are bringing advanced trading technology, deep liquidity, and a consumer experience on par with leading fintech apps to a market that has never had one. We are a small, fast-moving team and are looking for a full-time hire to help scale the platform and own growth from the front lines.

This person will work alongside our founding team to form and run marketing and business development across the company. The ideal candidate has experience at a sports book, prediction market, or exchange (such as Polymarket, Kalshi, Fan Duel, Draft Kings, or a crypto exchange) and knows how to acquire users and drive volume. We value self-driven, adaptable, and high-ownership individuals who want to build something from the ground up.

this role is based in our New York office, with remote and hybrid arrangements considered for the right candidate. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.

Responsibilities may include:

• Forming and running all marketing strategy across the platform
• Managing paid acquisition, ads, and growth campaigns
• Building and managing KOL, influencer, and affiliate programs
• Running social campaigns and community growth
• Developing and executing business development and partnership strategy
• Planning and managing trading competitions and user incentives
• Tracking performance across channels and iterating toward volume and user growth targets

What we are looking for:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in marketing, growth, or business development
• Background at a sports book, prediction market, exchange, or crypto/fintech platform preferred
• Track record of acquiring users and driving measurable growth
• Strong communication, strategic thinking, and execution skills
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, early-stage environment with high autonomy
• Self-starter who can own initiatives end to end and thrive with ambiguity
• Passion for sports, betting, prediction markets, or crypto is a strong plus

Compensation:
Base salary of $80,000 to $120,000, plus equity package and annual performance bonus.
