Goldwater Enterprises is a startup sports & entertainment consultancy serving brands & properties. As we expand our network of brand and property partners, we’re seeking a driven and enthusiastic intern to join our team during the Fall of 2026 into 2027. This pivotal role will play a vital part in supporting our growth initiatives as we launch new projects in 2027.
Qualifications- Must be a rising junior, senior, or recent college graduate.
- General understanding of the partnership space, overall business, and the value of partnerships within the sports & entertainment industry.
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment, handle multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to cultivate strong relationships with external stakeholders.
- Proactive approach to projects and a willingness to adapt to a dynamic workload.
- Interest in pursuing a career in marketing, sales, sponsorship, hospitality, or related fields.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Implement Partnership Strategies: Provide day-to-day support in executing partnership strategies on behalf of our partners. This includes assisting with research, communication, and coordination efforts.
- Administrative Support: Assist the team with administrative and organizational tasks to ensure smooth operation of partnership activities. This may involve scheduling meetings, organizing documents, and managing correspondence.
- Event Support: Travel to on-site events as needed to support business development functions. Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure successful execution of partner programming.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with external stakeholder teams including marketing, design, production, content development, and sales to support partner initiatives. Act as a liaison between teams to facilitate seamless execution of partner activations.
- Creative Input: Provide suggestions and ideas for key partner & prospective partner activations, drawing upon industry knowledge and creative thinking to enhance partnerships.
- Career Development: Demonstrate a desire to learn and grow within the field of partnership sales & marketing. Take initiative in pursuing opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement.
- Attention to Detail: Exhibit a high level of organizational skills and attention to detail in all aspects of work. Approach tasks with "no job is too small" attitude, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
