The Field Marketing Intern will support L.A. Vibrations’ experiential and retail marketing programs across a portfolio of emerging beverage brands. This role is highly hands-on and field-based, with exposure to event activations, retail demos, brand partnerships, and grassroots marketing initiatives. The intern will work closely with the marketing team to help bring brands to life in-market through sampling events, sponsor ships, and consumer-facing activations.
Responsibilities span event execution, logistics coordination, outreach support, content capture, and post-event reporting. This is an opportunity for someone who is energized by fast-paced environments, interested in consumer brands, and eager to gain real-world experience in experiential marketing, CPG, and field execution. The role requires strong organization, adaptability, and a willingness to be in the field supporting events on evenings and weekends as needed.
Event & Activation Support
- Support the planning, execution, and reporting of field marketing activations, sampling events, retail demos, and brand partnerships
- Coordinate event logistics, including registration, attendee communications, product shipments, on-site setup, and post-event follow-up
- Assist with event staffing, vendor coordination, and activation execution to ensure seamless consumer experiences
- Represent L.A. Libations and its portfolio brands in the field with professionalism, enthusiasm, and authenticity
- Capture event content to support social media and marketing initiatives
- Must be available to work occasional evenings and weekends based on event schedules
- Conduct outreach for new events, sponsorship opportunities, product seedings, and community partnerships
- Support the creation of campaign briefs, presentations, and client-facing recap decks
- Track program performance and identify insights, learnings, and recommendations for future activations
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks that help ensure successful execution across multiple client programs
- Manage POS inventory by tracking stock levels, organizing storage, and identifying reorder needs
- You are results-oriented, self-directed, inquisitive, and entrepreneurially minded
- Someone who is comfortable with taking initiative and able to spot opportunities
- Extremely organized with acute attention to detail while prioritizing tasks amongst tight time pressures
- Trustworthy, credible, and a joy to be around; high level of integrity and excellent sense of judgment
- Able to multi-task and keep track of numerous conversations and tasks at once
- Ability to work cross-functionally without significant supervision and within timelines
- Flexible and adaptable to change with little notice
- Background in marketing, business, communications, or another related field
- Strong communication skills – knows how to use full sentences and proper grammar and spelling
- CPG or food/beverage experience is a plus
- Driver’s license and car required
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Travel is required for events Must be based in Los Angeles (ideally ~20 miles or less from our HQ in El Segundo, CA)
