Polaris Brand Promotions, a nationwide promotional staffing agency based outside of Philadelphia, PA, creates unforgettable brand experiences for consumers.

The Sales & Marketing Intern will be responsible for assisting the Sales and Marketing teams with weekly tasks and special projects. In addition, the Sales & Marketing Intern will take on ad-hoc projects as needed to support the growth and development of the business. This position will provide a vast deal of exposure to various aspects of a promotional staffing agency, including marketing, sales and operations.

• Develop the framework and infrastructure for our upcoming podcast concept
• Content management for our recently launched consumer-focused app
• Perform research and data collection for prospective client leads
• Conduct research for and development of new advertising avenues
• Attend internal and external meetings (based upon availability)
• Assist the Marketing Director with development of social media and website content
• Assist with additional projects as needed

• Junior or Senior year college student majoring in Marketing, Entrepreneurship or a similar Business major
• Must be detail oriented
• Computer literacy, including experience with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Suite and standard social media platforms

• Rate is 17.00 per hour, 20 hours per week
• The internship length will be from September 1, 2026 (approximate start date) until December 31, 2026
• This is an internship position and is not eligible for overtime, PTO, worker’s compensation or other benefits
