Cigar Circus is looking for a hands-on E-commerce Growth & Website Manager to own and grow our online retail business.

This is an execution-focused role for someone who enjoys building campaigns from start to finish—not simply managing outside vendors. You’ll oversee website merchandising, email marketing, product launches, promotions, customer retention, and the overall online shopping experience while working closely with our retail, warehouse, and leadership teams.

• Own the online sales and promotional calendar
• Increase revenue, conversion rate, average order value, and repeat purchases
• Plan product launches, bundles, samplers, staff picks, and seasonal campaigns
• Identify growth opportunities using sales, inventory, and customer data

• Update homepage banners, collections, category pages, and product merchandising
• Create and upload desktop and mobile-friendly website graphics
• Test website campaigns before launch
• Improve navigation and the overall customer shopping experience
• Work within our Odoo v18 e-commerce platform

• Manage the email marketing calendar
• Create promotional emails, new arrival campaigns, product launches, and automated email flows
• Write subject lines, email copy, and calls-to-action
• Track performance and continually improve campaign results

• Create professional marketing graphics using Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Express, Figma, or similar tools
• Maintain consistent branding across email and website campaigns
• Execute campaigns quickly with strong attention to detail

• Monitor website performance, email revenue, conversion rates, and customer retention
• Present simple reports and recommendations
• Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency while maintaining quality and accuracy

• Launch a consistent email marketing schedule
• Identify key website opportunities
• Deliver a 90-day growth plan

• Establish a repeatable promotional calendar
• Launch curated product bundles and campaigns
• Improve website merchandising and customer engagement
• Demonstrate measurable improvements in online performance

• 3+ years of e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail experience
• Experience managing website content and merchandising
• Basic graphic design skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Comfortable using AI productivity tools
• Able to work full-time on-site in Clearwater, Florida

• Experience with Odoo, Shopify, Woo Commerce, Big Commerce, Klaviyo, or Mailchimp
• Website merchandising and conversion optimization
• SEO and Google Analytics
• Experience with premium retail, luxury products, specialty retail, or the cigar industry

• Performance Bonus: Up to $35,000 annually
• Target Total Compensation: $105,000-$135,000

Performance bonuses are based on measurable growth in online revenue, email performance, customer retention, merchandising improvements, and overall campaign execution.
