Violence Intervention Program (VIP) is hiring a Restorative Justice Facilitator to lead restorative and community-building circles for Latinx survivors and families. The role offers a hybrid work model, reports to the Restorative Justice Manager, and requires bilingual English/Spanish communication.
35 hours per week with a pay rate of $60,000/year. The Facilitator will collaborate with partners, provide 1:1 support, and help develop restorative programming.
