The Lifeline intern/residency program exists to develop servant leaders who are passionate about following Jesus, investing in young people, and growing in leadership. Interns and residents will gain hands-on experience in youth ministry, community outreach, and personal discipleship while serving alongside the Lifeline team.
Compensation:
- Yearly salary
- Free, fully furnished housing is provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Built intentional relationships with youth.
- Assist with after-school programs, summer camps, and special events.
- Lead small groups, activities, and mentoring opportunities.
- Help create safe, welcoming, and engaging environment.
- Model positive behavior and Christlike character.
Spiritual Formation:
- Participate in personal and group Bible study.
- Attend weekly discipleship meetings.
- Live in community with other interns/residents.
