Cash Control will oversee ticketing operations and manage the department during the evening shift. While this position primarily works nights, flexibility is required to cover other shifts as needed. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and reliable. The Cash Control Manager will also supervise auditing processes for evening operations. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

• Train ticket cashiers
• Maintain change in cash drawers
• Operate and troubleshoot the ticketing computer system
• Communicate essential information to resort associates through resort communication systems
• Count and balance cash both in the cash facility and around the resort
• Prepare and transport cash for pickups, ensuring secure delivery to Cash Control
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive paperwork and information
• Resolve guest concerns and issues promptly
• Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and thoroughly
• Keep Cash Services facilities stocked, cleaned, and organized
• Complete countdowns of cash bags, ensuring accurate sales reports and stated revenue
• Compile various accounting and analysis forms, including deposit spreadsheets
• Document variances and discrepancies as needed

• Experience in customer service preferred
• Experience in a leadership role preferred
• Experience handling money or accounting preferred
• Reliable transportation required with the ability to navigate snowy or winter conditions
