As our team continues to expand, we are seeking motivated, dependable individuals to join us in a full-time, entry-level role with paid training
. This position is ideal for someone looking to develop communication, sales, and professional skills in a structured, supportive environment.
No prior sales experience is required.
Position OverviewThis is a W‑2, paid, in‑store position where team members work directly with customers on behalf of our clients. Training is provided, and all work is conducted in a retail setting; this is not a remote role and not commission‑only.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities- Represent Avanca’s client brands in a professional, in-store environment
- Engage with customers face-to-face to provide information on products or services
- Answer customer questions clearly and accurately
- Assist with customer acquisition and basic account or enrollment processes
- Follow structured sales and marketing guidelines provided during training
- Work alongside a team to meet daily and weekly performance goals
- Maintain professionalism, reliability, and a positive customer experience
- Participate in ongoing coaching and skill development sessions
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Comfortable interacting with customers in person
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work a full-time schedule
- Coachable and open to feedback and training
- Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- $11–$16/hour base pay
- Weekly pay (W‑2 employee)
