[Kcosera] K-Beauty Assistant Store Manager

Ko’llection is a fast-growing Korean beauty and lifestyle retail store located in Manhattan, New York. We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and motivated Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations and help lead our growing retail team.

This position is ideal for someone with strong retail leadership experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and has an interest in K-beauty and lifestyle products.

Responsibilities

• Support overall daily store operations and team management
• Assist with supervising and motivating retail staff members
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently maintained
• Manage inventory, restocking, visual merchandising, and product organization
• Maintain store cleanliness and operational efficiency
• Assist with employee scheduling, onboarding, and training
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally
• Support operational reporting and communication with upper management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Help drive sales performance and positive customer experiences

Requirements

• 3+ years of retail leadership, supervisory, or assistant store management experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Customer-service oriented mindset
• Interest in Korean beauty, skincare, or lifestyle retail preferred
• Weekend and holiday availability preferred

• Full-time
• Weekend availability required
