Retail Sales Management Intern – Summer

Mindset Marketing, a growing sales and development firm in the Worcester area, is hiring 4 Retail Sales Management Interns for the summer. This is a fully onsite role where you’ll work directly with customers in a retail environment, representing AT&T wireless services while learning how performance, leadership, and operations all connect behind the scenes.

As a Retail Sales Management Intern, you’ll be placed in an environment where learning happens through action. The Retail Sales Management Intern will take part in customer interactions, support retail sales efforts, and gain insight into how a strong brand presence is maintained in a competitive market. • How sales performance impacts overall brand positioning in a competitive market
• What actually drives a successful customer interaction (and what doesn’t)

• What goes into managing operations beyond just making a sale

• Interacting directly with customers in-store to introduce AT&T wireless options
• Explaining features, pricing, and service benefits in a way that’s easy to understand
• Supporting the sales process from first conversation through completion
• Helping maintain a clean, organized retail setup that reflects the brand
• Observing how experienced team members handle different customer scenarios
• Recording outcomes and noticing patterns in customer preferences and buying behavior
