We’re hunting for a Business Development Rep / Appointment Setter who’s confident on the phone and comfortable making a high volume of outbound B2B calls to set appointments for our Account Executives.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Calling small business owners (warm + cold leads) to schedule discovery calls for our sales team.
- Following a proven call outline, but making it sound natural and engaging (no robo‑dialer vibes).
- Handling objections, qualifying leads, and logging activity in our CRM.
- Acting as the first impression of our brand — cheerful, helpful, and professionally persistent.
- 1+ year of experience in outbound phone sales or appointment setting (required).
- Strong communicator — you can build rapport quickly and aren’t afraid of gatekeepers.
- Organized and self‑motivated. You follow up like a raptor stalking a snack.
- Interest in marketing, direct mail, or working with small business owners? Even better.
- Comfortable working in office.
- Base pay + performance bonuses for appointments that show.
- Opportunity to grow into an Account Executive role with full sales commission if you prove you can close.
