Green Peak Development Group is a fast-growing retail marketing and sales firm partnering with established brands to strengthen their in-store presence and drive customer engagement. We’re seeking a motivated Promotional Marketing Associate to join our team in a hands‑on, customer‑facing role.

This position offers valuable experience in marketing, sales, and customer relations, with clear growth opportunities into leadership.

• Execute in-store promotional campaigns alongside marketing and sales teams
• Engage customers face‑to‑face to promote products and generate sales
• Communicate product knowledge clearly and professionally
• Build positive customer relationships
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales goals

• 1–2 years of sales, marketing, retail, or customer service experience preferred (not required)
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
