• Support customer onboarding by assisting with device selection, plan adjustments, and highlighting 5G‑integrated technology advantages.
• Process activations, upgrades, and enrollments using Verizon sales systems while maintaining accurate data documentation.
• Address billing questions and promotions to ensure customers clearly understand their Verizon 5G service agreements.

• High School Diploma or GED required, with a Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or Communications is preferred but not required.
