Do you enjoy working with people, building relationships, and helping others feel confident? CTO Prom & Formal is seeking enthusiastic students to join our Sales & Customer Experience Internship Program.
As a Sales & Customer Experience Intern, you will learn how to create exceptional customer experiences while developing valuable skills in sales, communication, relationship management, and business operations.
What You’ll Do- Welcome and assist clients during appointments and shopping visits
- Learn consultative selling techniques
- Assist customers with selecting attire for prom, weddings, galas, pageants, military balls, and special occasions
- Support appointment scheduling and client follow-up
- Learn how to build lasting customer relationships
- Assist with event promotions and in-store experiences
- Communication and leadership skills
- Networking opportunities
- Resume-building experience applicable to any industry
No previous sales experience required. We are looking for motivated students who enjoy working with people and creating memorable customer experiences.
Qualifications- Current college student or recent graduate
- Interest in Fashion, Marketing, Communications, Business, Retail Management, Event Planning, Public Relations, Hospitality, or related fields
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong communication skills
Dependable and willing to learn - Social media experience is a plus
- Hands-on industry experience
