• $19.00 Hourly + Commission
• 5 – 20 + live warm leads plus website-generated leads daily
• Lunch proved the last two days of every month
• Supportive and collaborative work environment

• Respond to inbound inquiries and connect with prospective clients regarding financing solutions
• Follow up with existing and past clients to identify additional opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication
• Guide clients through financing options and application processes
• Maintain accurate records and follow up activities within company systems
• Consistently work toward individual and team performance goals

• Mortgage, financial services, banking, lending, sales, or customer service experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
• Self motivated with a strong work ethic
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working in a goal oriented environment
• Strong organizational and follow up skills
