About the Role
Geotarget is seeking driven, ambitious Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to help fuel our growth by generating qualified leads, engaging prospective customers, and connecting business owners with our Sales Team.
This is a performance-focused role that combines prospecting, relationship-building, and business development. You’ll receive training on our products, sales process, and proven outreach strategies while playing a direct role in driving company growth.
Whether you’re building a long-term career in sales or looking for an opportunity to develop valuable business skills, this role provides hands‑on experience in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
What You’ll Do
- Utilize our proprietary prospecting technology and proven outreach strategies to identify, research, and engage prospective clients
- Conduct phone outreach to business owners and decision‑makers across the country
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the Sales Team
- Follow the Geotarget sales process and outreach methodology
- Maintain accurate prospect and activity records within company systems
- Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing sales training
- Consistently work toward individual and team performance goals
What We’re Looking For
- Interested in building a career in sales, whether by advancing into a closing role or growing as a high-performing long-term SDRStrong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence speaking with business owners and decision‑makers
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging prospective customers
- Highly motivated, competitive, and goal‑oriented
- Coachable with a willingness to learn and improve
- Process‑oriented and able to follow established systems
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Previous outbound sales, lead generation, customer service, or business development experience is preferred but not required
Schedule
- Part‑time and full‑time opportunities available
- Flexible scheduling options available based on business needs
- 20+ hours per week, 4+ hours per shift
- Top‑performing representatives currently earn $20–$23+ per hour through hourly pay and commissions
