About the Internship
We’re looking for a motivated intern to support our Business Development and Sales teams. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to high‑impact initiatives, collaborate with key customers, and gain valuable insights into the rapidly evolving lighting, smart home, and design technology sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with experienced Business Development Managers and Sales Executives on strategic initiatives.
- Conduct market research on leading architectural firms, builders, and design influencers.
- Perform competitive product and pricing analysis to identify trends and insights.
- Develop detailed sales reports and dashboards to support performance tracking.
- Follow up on sales leads and assist in nurturing client relationships
- Attend and contribute to internal sales and strategy meetings
- Participate in trade shows, client meetings, and job site visits (light travel may be required).
- Leverage AI tools and technology to streamline processes and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Current Senior or recent graduate with a degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Architecture, Design, or a related field.
- Eagerness to learn, tackle challenges, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Positive, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized, self‑motivated, and comfortable working independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM platforms such as SAP, Salesforce or Hub Spot is a plus.
- Passion for lighting, smart home innovation, architecture, or design is a strong advantage.
