About the Internship

We’re looking for a motivated intern to support our Business Development and Sales teams. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to high‑impact initiatives, collaborate with key customers, and gain valuable insights into the rapidly evolving lighting, smart home, and design technology sectors.
This internship will supercharge your professional journey and drive real business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with experienced Business Development Managers and Sales Executives on strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct market research on leading architectural firms, builders, and design influencers.
  • Perform competitive product and pricing analysis to identify trends and insights.
  • Develop detailed sales reports and dashboards to support performance tracking.
  • Follow up on sales leads and assist in nurturing client relationships
  • Attend and contribute to internal sales and strategy meetings
  • Participate in trade shows, client meetings, and job site visits (light travel may be required).
  • Leverage AI tools and technology to streamline processes and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Current Senior or recent graduate with a degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Architecture, Design, or a related field.
  • Eagerness to learn, tackle challenges, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Positive, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, self‑motivated, and comfortable working independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM platforms such as SAP, Salesforce or Hub Spot is a plus.
  • Passion for lighting, smart home innovation, architecture, or design is a strong advantage.
