Aero Way, Inc. is a commercial ventilation and air movement solutions company based in Torrance, California. We specialize in innovative airflow products designed for offices, commercial buildings, and industrial applications. Our products are used by contractors, facility managers, and building owners throughout the United States.

We are looking for motivated students who are interested in gaining real-world business, sales, and customer outreach experience while maintaining flexibility around their academic schedule.

What You’ll Do

As a Sales and Marketing Associate, you will help identify and connect with potential customers and contractors across the United States.

Responsibilities include:

  • Researching companies and potential customers
  • Making outbound phone calls to introduce our products
  • Sending follow‑up emails to prospective clients
  • Maintaining outreach records and tracking communications
  • Updating spreadsheets and customer contact information
  • Identifying new sales opportunities and market segments
  • Assisting with lead generation and customer follow‑up
  • Collaborating with management on business growth initiatives
What We’re Looking For
  • Current college student or recent graduate
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable speaking with professionals by phone and email
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Self‑motivated and able to work independently
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

Compensation Options

Applicants may choose between:

Option 1

Hourly Base Pay + Performance‑Based Commission

Option 2

Commission‑Only Structure with Higher Commission Potential

Schedule
  • 20 hours per week
  • Remote and hybrid opportunities available
