Financial Sales, Client Relationship Manager
High-Ground Financial is expanding and looking for coachable, self-motivated individuals who want to build a career in financial services, client education, business development, and leadership.
This role is designed for someone who wants more than a traditional job. We work with families, individuals, business owners, veterans, service members, and professionals to help them better understand financial protection, retirement strategies, income protection, and long-term planning concepts. Our approach is education-first, strategy-first, and focused on helping people make informed decisions.
No prior financial services experience is required. We are looking for people with strong communication skills, leadership potential, personal discipline, and a willingness to learn. Candidates with backgrounds in sales, military service, recruiting, customer service, coaching, real estate, mortgage, business ownership, or client-facing roles may be a strong fit.
Responsibilities- Learn the fundamentals of financial services, client education, and protection-based planning
- Help schedule and support financial strategy conversations with individuals and families
- Build relationships through professional outreach, referrals, networking, and community engagement
- Participate in training, mentorship, field development, and leadership development meetings
- Support clients through an education-based process, not high-pressure sales tactics
- Develop communication, leadership, business development, and team-building skills
- Work toward obtaining required state licensing if not already licensed
- Grow into additional leadership responsibilities based on performance, consistency, and coachability
- Coachable attitude and willingness to follow a proven system
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a performance-based environment
- Interest in finance, business, leadership, entrepreneurship, or helping families
- Ability to build trust and maintain professionalism
- Comfortable with outreach, conversations, follow-up, and personal development
- Must be willing to obtain required licensing if not currently licensed
- Prior sales, military, recruiting, leadership, customer service, or business experience is helpful but not required

This is a performance-based financial services opportunity. Compensation is commission-based, with growth potential tied to activity, licensing, client work, and leadership development. This is not a salaried W-2 position.
