We are seeking a highly connected and results-driven Vice President of Investment & Development to lead capital raising, investor relations, and strategic partnership initiatives for the company.

The primary focus of this role is to introduce qualified investors, family offices, institutional capital partners, and strategic relationships to support the company’s real estate investment and development pipeline.

This position is ideal for an entrepreneurial professional with strong fundraising capabilities, investor networks, and business development experience within real estate, private equity, or capital markets.

The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the company’s investment platform, presenting investment opportunities, and driving long-term capital partnerships.

• Identify and introduce qualified investors, family offices, institutional capital partners, and strategic investment relationships.
• Lead investor outreach, relationship management, and fundraising initiatives.
• Present company projects and investment opportunities to prospective investors and capital partners.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with private and institutional investors.
• Coordinate investor meetings, presentations, negotiations, and partnership discussions.
• Support joint venture partnerships, capital formation, and strategic financing activities.

• Expand the company’s investment and business development network.
• Source strategic partnerships within real estate development, finance, and investment sectors.
• Identify new business opportunities and support company expansion initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior management on growth strategy and market positioning.
• Represent the company at industry events, investor meetings, and networking opportunities.

• Proven experience in investor relations, fundraising, capital raising, or business development.
• Strong network of investors, family offices, lenders, developers, or institutional capital partners preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to introduce capital and originate investment opportunities.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial instincts.
• Experience in real estate investment, private equity, finance, or related industries strongly preferred.
• Bilingual Mandarin and English highly preferred.
