Our business development team is seeking a Client Services Representative to support our Southeast market and it's continued growth. As a Client Services Representative, your primary responsibility is to promote and represent our client's brand in a retail setting. You will act as the face of our company, interacting with customers, providing product information, and ensuring a positive brand experience. As a part of our team, you will continuously strive to enhance the customer experience and promote brand loyalty.

• Work with our client's customers, face-to-face in a retail setting.
• Respond to potential customers with inquiries about products and services.
• Collaborate with management to develop outreach campaigns and retail events.
• Engage in continued internal training to enhance knowledge of new and existing product offerings.
• Support marketing and advertising associates as well as senior staff with specific client-related projects.

• 1+ years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing PLUS.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
