RFP Homes is one of the fastest-growing investment real estate brokerages in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, focused exclusively on single-family investment properties.

The objective of participants in the RFP Homes Sales Training Program is to learn the investment real estate sales process by working directly with active deals, real investors, and a high-performance team environment.

You will gain hands-on exposure to how off-market single-family transactions are sourced, marketed, and sold to investors building rental portfolios and flip businesses.

This is an opportunity to step into a fast-paced, high-energy environment and learn alongside top-performing Investment Advisors and leadership. High performers will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time role.

• Learn how we market and sell off-market single-family investment opportunities to active investors
• Observe and participate in sales activity including outbound calls, lead generation, investor outreach, and relationship building
• Develop an understanding of how to build and manage a pipeline of investor clients
• Learn how to identify, analyze, and position investment opportunities to buyers
• Gain exposure to underwriting basics, deal evaluation, and investor decision-making
• Assist in maintaining consistent communication with a large database of investors and prospects
• Learn how to articulate value propositions and differentiate opportunities in a competitive market
• Participate in team trainings, deal reviews, and live business activity

• This is not a traditional internship. You will be immersed in a real sales environment where performance, energy, and execution matter.
• We work with investors only – no traditional retail buyers or sellers. Our team focuses on building relationships and facilitating high-volume investment transactions across DFW.
