Full-Time Job Accounting, Data Analytics, Economics & Finance

Start Your Career in Wealth Management. Learn the Business. Build Your Future.

What if your first job after college wasn’t just a job—but the beginning of your own career in financial planning?

Lemnis Capital is hiring upcoming college graduates and recent graduates to join our LC Elite 2-Year Fast-Track Program
, designed to develop the next generation of financial professionals and leaders.

This role combines financial planning, wealth management, sales, entrepreneurship, and leadership development
.

You’ll learn how to work with clients, understand their financial goals, build comprehensive financial strategies, and develop long-term relationships. But you’ll also learn something that most entry-level finance programs don’t teach:
how to build a business.

That means actively developing your own client base through cold calling, networking, in-person prospecting, referrals, and other business-development activities.

What the First Few Years Look Like

The first 3–5 years of this career are intentionally sales and business-development focused.

You’ll spend significant time:

  • Making outbound calls and initiating conversations with prospective clients
  • Conducting in-person prospecting and networking
  • Building and managing a sales pipeline
  • Setting and conducting financial planning consultations
  • Developing referral relationships
  • Building your personal network and client base
  • Learning how to communicate complex financial concepts clearly
  • Developing your own book of business

As your experience and production grow, your role expands beyond individual production into leadership and team development
.

LC Elite Leadership Track

The LC Elite Program is a two-year accelerated development program for high-potential associates.

During the program, you’ll develop three core skill sets:

Financial Expertise
Learn financial planning, investments, retirement planning, insurance, and wealth management.

Business Development
Learn how to prospect, acquire clients, build relationships, generate referrals, and grow a book of business.

Leadership
Learn how to recruit, train, coach, and develop other associates.

The long-term objective is to prepare successful associates for a Vice President role where they continue managing their own book of business while also leading a team of associates and helping those associates build their own businesses.

What We’re Looking For

We are especially interested in candidates who are:

  • Upcoming college graduates or recent graduates, generally within 3 years of graduation
  • Majoring in Finance, Business, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
  • Highly motivated and comfortable working toward measurable goals
  • Confident communicating with new people
  • Willing to cold call and prospect in person
  • Competitive without being afraid of teamwork
  • Coachable and committed to continuous improvement
  • Interested in building a career—not simply finding a first job
  • Excited by both financial planning and sales
  • Interested in eventually leading and developing others

You do not need prior financial services experience. We provide training, mentorship, and licensing support.

Training & Licensing

New associates receive structured training through Lemnis Academy and are supported through the required licensing process, including Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, and Series 63.

You’ll learn the business through a combination of formal training, role play, coaching, prospecting, client meetings, and hands‑on experience.

Compensation

Compensation is performance-based and designed to reward client acquisition and business development.

New associates may have access to different compensation structures during the early stages of the program.

Typical first-year compensation can range from $45,000–$85,000+, depending on performance.

About Lemnis Capital

Lemnis Capital is an independent wealth management firm focused on helping individuals, families, educators, and business owners make confident financial decisions and build lasting wealth.

We believe financial planning is about more than investments. It’s about understanding the complete financial picture and building relationships that help clients make better decisions throughout their lives.

We’re equally focused on developing our people. Our goal is to give ambitious young professionals the training, mentorship, accountability, and opportunity to build a successful practice and eventually lead others.

If you studied finance or business because you want to build a career in wealth management—but you also want the opportunity to build something of your own—this could be the place to start.
