We are a growing business finance brokerage looking for ambitious, competitive, and highly motivated individuals who want to begin a career in sales, business, and finance

No prior finance or sales experience is required. We are looking for individuals with the right attitude, work ethic, communication skills, and willingness to learn. You will receive hands-on training while working alongside experienced business finance professionals.

This is an entry-level position with a clear path toward becoming a full-cycle Business Finance Broker
, where your income and advancement can become directly tied to your performance.

You will begin your career learning the fundamentals of business finance sales and prospecting. Your responsibilities will include:

• Making outbound calls to business owners using our dialing and CRM systems
• Introducing business owners to working-capital and business-financing opportunities
• Identifying interested and qualified prospective clients
• Asking questions to understand a business owner's needs and objectives
• Connecting qualified prospects with experienced brokers
• Listening to experienced brokers conduct sales calls, negotiate, and structure transactions
• Learning the fundamentals of business financing, underwriting, sales psychology, negotiation, and closing
• Maintaining accurate prospect information and follow-up activity in our CRM
• Continuously developing your communication and sales skills

We don't view this position as simply a calling job.

Our goal is to develop motivated entry-level representatives into Business Finance Brokers capable of managing a client relationship from the initial conversation through funding.

As you demonstrate your ability to generate business, learn the industry, and develop your sales skills, you will have the opportunity to take on greater responsibility and progress toward a commission-driven broker position.

Successful brokers can eventually develop their own book of business, build long-term client relationships, and pursue leadership opportunities within the organization.
